House Guide

You will be provided with a unique door code at check-in. This code will be used to access the property during your stay. In the event of a failure, we have a standard lockbox on the back door. Contact us, and we will provide the code.

Guests are free to use the laundry facilities. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided. The iron and steamer are located in the cupboard. The laundry room is also where you will find extra paper towels and toilet paper.

Trash and recycling are located behind the back gate on the right side of the house. (Right side when looking at house.)

Wi-Fi password will be provided at check-in

TV's are provided in each room. To use, log in to your favorite streaming service. 

First Aid kid is located in master bathroom behind the door

Help yourself to a variety of coffee blends, and bottled water.

Fire Extinguisher and cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink.

There are no cameras in the house. Cameras are located in the front driveway, back patio, garage, and doorbell. Please do not tamper with any camera.
